Where does Title 42 stand as migrant COVID cases surge 900 percent?

Fox News has confirmed the number of detained illegal migrants with COVID has surged 900% in the Rio Grande Valley versus the previous 14 months. 135 migrants in custody have tested positive in just the first two weeks of July.

So, does the Biden Administration plan to rethink their plan to end Title 42 as migrant COVID cases rise dramatically in the Rio Grande Valley? 

Or will they continue to listen to the activists who want open borders?
