Dems sent checks to murderers, rapists

Fox News reports the federal government doled out $783.5 million for incarcerated individuals such as Dylan Roof and Larry Nassar as part of the “American Rescue Plan.”

According to Fox, Republicans Tom Cotton and Bill Cassidy attempted to exclude prisoners in March but that amendment failed on a party-line vote.
