Garamendi says “Biden considered every contingency”

House Armed Services Readiness Chair John Garamendi is vigorously defending President Biden’s disaster in Afghanistan. 

After appearing on multiple news outlets defending Biden’s actions, Garamendi said yesterday in a press release that, “He (President Biden) considered every fact and contingency and made the correct decision to drawdown the U.S. presence in the region.”

Does this look like Biden “considered every fact and contingency?”
