Polling shows Biden underwater on immigration with Texas Latinos

Vicente Gonzalez and Henry Cuellar are in a world of trouble. 

According to a recent poll from The Dallas Morning News and the University of Texas-Tyler, only 29% of Latino voters in Texas approve of Joe Biden’s handling of the immigration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border. 

And only 35% of Latino voters in Texas approve of the overall job President Biden is doing, while 54% disapprove. 

To make matters even worse for Gonzalez and Cuellar, this poll was conducted just days BEFORE the Del Rio International Bridge was overrun with thousands of illegal immigrants. Now, Del Rio residents are saying the immigration crisis “feels like the end of the world.”
