Quinnipiac Poll: Republicans lead on generic ballot

According to a new poll from Quinnipiac University, Republicans now lead on the generic ballot 46 percent to 43 percent.

When asked which party they would like to see win control of the House of Representatives, independent voters support Republicans over Democrats 48 percent to 34 percent.
