Costa’s power play gone wrong

Nancy Pelosi promised vulnerable Democrats a vote on infrastructure nine days ago, but she broke her promise and rolled them.

Negotiating to set a vote for the bill was previously lauded as a “power play” and Jim Costa said he was “proud Democrats have come together” to pass the bill. 

What will Costa do now that he got rolled by Pelosi and went back to California empty-handed?
