Murphy’s power play gone wrong

Nancy Pelosi promised vulnerable Democrats a vote on infrastructure nine days ago, but she broke her promise and rolled them.

Negotiating to set a vote for the bill was previously lauded as a “power play” and Stephanie Murphy wrote in an op-ed “we’re finally on the cusp of taking action to match the rhetoric.”

But what will Murphy do now that she got rolled by Pelosi and went back to Florida embarrassed and empty-handed?
