Schrader’s power play gone wrong

Nancy Pelosi promised vulnerable Democrats a vote on infrastructure nine days ago, but she broke her promise and rolled them.

Negotiating to set a vote for the bill was previously lauded as a “power play”, and Kurt Schrader said he was “excited to get these major investments across the finish line for Oregon.”

But what will Schrader do now that he got rolled by Pelosi and went back to Oregon embarrassed and empty-handed?
