Matt Cartwright hints he’s headed for the exits

During a podcast, Matt Cartwright was asked if he’ll be seeking reelection, and he DID NOT project confidence.

He says, “We are facing a redistricting in PA. I have yet to see if they are going to give me a district that I can possibly win in. If so, I will run.”

This comes after recent polling shows Democrats will lose their House majority.
