Pennsylvania’s cold winter

Chrissy Houlahan, Susan Wild and Matt Cartwright stood by as Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline, halted oil and gas leases on federal lands, and launched a full-blown war on American energy.  

Now Pennsylvanians are paying the price, with ABC News reporting that heating bills are expected to increase as much as 54%.
