Can I get a fact check?

Back in July, Dean Phillips said blaming Democrats for the rising cost of goods was one of the most ridiculous things he’s ever heard.

Flash forward a few months, The New York Times reports that Phillips’ American Rescue Plan is directly responsible for the higher costs that Americans are paying for just about everything.
