Jahana Hayes pretends to care about inflation

Punchbowl reports Jahana Hayes is now pretending to take inflation seriously by writing a letter to party leaders asking them to pass a meaningless messaging bill.

One thing Hayes doesn’t acknowledge in this meaningless letter: Democrats are responsible for the inflation crisis.

Jahana Hayes voted for the American Rescue Plan, which Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco says is stoking inflation.  

And she voted for Build Back Better, a bill that even Democrats acknowledge will exacerbate “inflationary pressures.”
