NJ Dem’s secret heating tax

New Jersey voters’ high heating bills are about to get even worse thanks to Tom Malinowski, Josh Gottheimer, Andy Kim and Mikie Sherrill.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board writes, “The House passed what it calls a “fee” on methane that amounts to a stealth tax on natural gas and everyone who uses it… Producers will naturally pass the cost of the tax along to customers… This is also a regressive tax that hurts low-income families without a financial cushion.”
