Perlmutter’s secret heating tax

Coloradans’ higher heating bills are about to get even worse thanks to Ed Perlmutter.

The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board writes, “The House passed what it calls a “fee” on methane that amounts to a stealth tax on natural gas and everyone who uses it… Producers will naturally pass the cost of the tax along to customers… This is also a regressive tax that hurts low-income families without a financial cushion.”
