Do NY Dems want noncitizens to vote in our elections?

House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries yesterday announced his support of a New York City Council bill that would allow hundreds of thousands of noncitizens the right to vote in our elections.

The controversial bill has even received some scrutiny from Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio, who expressed reservations about letting noncitizens vote.
