Pappas refuses to help Granite Staters with skyrocketing home heating costs

Electricity bills are up as much as 100% in New Hampshire due to rising costs on everything from staff to trucks.

But when Chris Pappas had a chance to provide relief to Granite Staters who need to heat their homes this winter, he refused, voting to block consideration of legislation that would lower skyrocketing gas prices and home heating costs.
