Newsom proposes universal health care for illegal immigrants

Gavin Newsom announced in his state of the state address today that he wants California taxpayers to cover the cost of universal health care for illegal immigrants. 

The cost would be $2.7 billion ANNUALLY. 

Do House Democrats like Katie Porter, Josh Harder and Mike Levin support this proposal?
