Does Hayes stand by Cardona?

Fox News reports that Education Secretary Miguel Cardona “solicited the much-criticized letter from the National School Boards Association that compared protesting parents to domestic terrorists.”

The NSBA letter suggested using the Patriot Act against parents “in support of local education officials.”

Jahana Hayes previously stated that she is “confident” in Cardona’s “ability to effectively address…education challenges” American students are facing, and that she and Cardona have “shared values.”

Do those “shared values” include labeling concerned parents as “domestic terrorists”?
