Pappas’ spending addiction is off the rails

The New Hampshire State House is making moves to protect Granite State taxpayers from the Chris Pappas Express.

Pappas has already been slammed back home for supporting a publicly funded and exorbitantly expensive passenger rail.

Now NH Journal reports the price tag for expanded rail service in New Hampshire is upwards of $500 million – with only $100 million covered by federal funding.
