Another senseless murder in New York thanks to cashless bail

Winston Glynn, who was arrested for murdering a Burger King cashier earlier this month, was “free to kill after being released without bail…little more than a month before the murder,” the Daily Mail reports.

The “career criminal” has at least four prior arrests, including assault and threatening a woman with a knife.
