AJC: Biden’s Sagging Approval Could Haunt GA Dems

The AJC took a deeper look that their recent poll showing Biden’s numbers tanking in Georgia and it’s all TERRIBLE news for Sanford Bishop, who was just added to the DCCC’s vulnerable members list.

They note:

“The tenuous coalition of independent voters, former Republicans in the suburbs and Black Georgians who fueled Biden’s flip of the state in 2020 is under duress…”

“[Biden’s] support among Democrats and independents fell sharply, while his disapproval rating among Black voters …has more than quadrupled since May.”

“Nearly three of four Georgians feel the nation is headed down the wrong track, and almost 80% say inflation is having a significant or notable impact…”
