SPM has no friends

Sean Patrick Maloney tried to save himself with an aggressive partisan gerrymander last week – but Albany Democrats had another idea.

Maloney submitted a congressional map “that would make his seat less vulnerable,” but the Democrat-run legislature redrew his district because “Maloney’s map proposal may have ‘annoyed’ mapmakers in the state capital.”
