This is Max Rose’s New York

A 16-year-old rapper charged with shooting an NYPD cop walked free on bond last week.

NYPD Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch called it a “disgraceful bail release” and said that there is “no reason to believe [the rapper] won’t do the exact same thing” now that he’s back on the streets.
