Gottheimer admits masks are political

Politico reports that Democrats are suddenly reversing their stance on mask mandates “just in time for the midterms.”

Josh Gottheimer isn’t even trying to hide his reasoning for the sharp U-turn: “By the time we’re at the midterms, we’ll hopefully not be wearing [masks],” he said.

Reminder: Gottheimer was added to the DCCC’s list of vulnerable members just two weeks ago.
