Punchbowl: Axne doubles down on stocks

Punchbowl News reports Rep. Cindy Axne is trying to stop Congress from implementing a congressional stock trading ban.  

Why?  

Axne is one of the worst STOCK Act violators in Congress – she illegally failed to disclose up to $645K in trades.  

Axne, who sits on the Financial Services Committee, is also in the habit of buying and selling shares of companies she directly oversees.
