“This guy should never have been out on the street”

A woman was fatally stabbed in her own apartment this weekend after “homeless career criminal” Assamad Nash – who has been arrested at least seven times since 2015 and was out on bail – followed her home.

The victim’s landlord said, “This all could have been avoided. This guy should never have been out on the street.”

But cashless bail reform champion Max Rose disagrees – so much so that he’s doubling down on his support for a soft-on-crime agenda.
