“I don’t have the money”: inflation hits home in the Hudson Valley
March 2, 2022
Hudson Valley residents are having difficulty coping with Democrats’ inflation crisis, the Times Union reports.
One resident is paying “$450 every three to four weeks to heat his home.”
A single mom says her rent has gone up by 10 percent in one year, forcing her to cut meat and fish out of her family’s diet because “I don’t have the money.”
And one woman describes trips to the grocery store as “horrifying” after her shopping trips doubled in price.
