Sanford Bishop looks to Venezuela

USA Today reports the national average price for gas has topped $4 a gallon for the first time in over a decade and could hit a record high as soon as this week. 

But Democrats are refusing to expand drilling in the United States to give Americans relief.  

Instead, they are begging Saudi Arabia and Venezuela to come to the rescue.
