American Rescue Plan funding $3 million BLM Plaza

When Democrats rammed through the American Rescue Plan they told the American people it was going to be used for COVID relief.

But documents obtained by Breitbart News show that DC Mayor Muriel Bowser requested $3 million dollars of ARP Stimulus money to fund “Black Lives Matter Plaza.”
