BREAKING: Rudy Salas skips gas tax suspension vote AGAIN

Rudy Salas again skipped a vote to suspend the gas tax today as California gas prices continue to rise and new polling shows “two in three Californians say that recent price increases have caused financial hardship for them.”

This marks the third (See HERE and HERE for the first and second) vote to suspend or delay the gas tax that Rudy Salas has skipped since 2019. 

The second vote on the gas tax Salas skipped was just last week. Salas’ office told 23 ABC Bakersfield that he was “not on the Floor when the vote occurred” even though records show he was there that day.
