Arizona Republic: What AZ’s congressional delegation says about Title 42

The Biden Administration fears an even larger “mass migration” event if Title 42 is terminated, but Greg Stanton wouldn’t say whether he supports ending the program when asked directly by The Arizona Republic. 

Axios reports U.S. intelligence officials predict a “massive influx” of more than 170,000 illegal migrants from Mexico if Title 42 ends, and that 25,000 migrants are already waiting in Mexican shelters to cross the border immediately if the rule is terminated. 

It’s a simple “yes” or “no” question. Why won’t Stanton give his constituents a straight answer about whether he supports keeping Title 42 to prevent an even bigger crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border?
