NYT: Nancy Pelosi’s Super PAC admits South Texas is vulnerable
The New York Times reports Nancy Pelosi’s super PAC is already reserving TV ads to try and shore up South Texas for Democrats, after new polling shows “inflation is hitting Latino support for Democrats.”
“The marked movement of Hispanic voters toward the Republican Party is forcing Democratic spending in South Texas to try to secure two House districts that stretch from the once reliably Democratic Rio Grande Valley to San Antonio and its suburbs.”
NRCC COMMENT: “Nancy Pelosi won’t be able to bail out South Texas Democrats like Vicente Gonzalez and Henry Cuellar. Texans are fed up with their support for harmful policies that caused an inflation crisis, a massive crimewave, and opened our southern border.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Torunn Sinclair
