Tom Malinowski failed to join 17 other Democrats who signed a bipartisan letter asking for a formal markup of strong legislation to ban members of Congress from owning or trading stocks while in office.

Strange, considering just a couple months ago #TradingTom was gallivanting around DC lying about being at the forefront of this issue.
