Crystal Ball: Bishop downgraded to “leans Democrat”

Sabato’s Crystal Ball downgraded Sanford Bishop’s district to “leans Democrat” from “likely Democrat.”

This comes after Pelosi’s super PAC reserved over $2 million in ads to save Bishop. 

And Pelosi and her leadership PAC  gave his campaign over $10K during the first quarter.
