RATINGS CHANGE: NC-01 moved to “Lean Democrat”

The Cook Political Report just downgraded NC-01 to a “Lean Democrat.”

This is terrible news for Democrats, with Cook noting they are facing a contentious primary that could deplete resources for a general election.
