RATINGS CHANGE: VA-07 moved to TOSS-UP

The Cook Political Report just downgraded VA-07 to “toss-up” noting Abigail Spanberger is at “serious risk” of losing.

This comes after Spanberger welcomed unpopular Biden to VA-07 and has sided with the teachers’ unions on parental rights’ issues.
