RATINGS CHANGES: NY-19 downgraded away from Dems

Antonio Delgado is doomed.

Both Sabato’s Crystal Ball and Cook Political Report downgraded Delgado’s race today from “Likely Democratic” to “Leans Democratic.”

Despite Biden winning the seat in 2020, the district is prime for Republican pickup as the Hudson Valley grapples with Delgado and the Democrats’ endless crises.
