In a move that reeks of desperation, the DCCC is trying to blame someone other than Sharice Davids and Joe Biden for the record-high gas prices Kansans are paying.

Reminder: Sharice Davids is on record backing higher gas taxes and was silent when Joe Biden killed the Keystone XL Pipeline.
