Nat Journal: MI-10 likely to flip
Last night National Journal released its first power rankings of the cycle.
Michigan’s Tenth Congressional District is the second most likely district to flip in the entire country because of “the GOP’s recruitment of former Senate candidate John James—one of the top candidates of the cycle… With James as the nominee and a weak field of Democratic opponents, it’s easy to see how he logs his first political win in a newly drawn Trump district.”
NRCC Comment: “This district is going to flip in November because Democrats are stuck with either Carl Marlinga, who was indicted for giving a sweetheart deal to a convicted rapist in exchange for campaign contributions, or Huwaida Arraff, a known antisemite.” – NRCC Spokesman Mike Berg
