National Journal: IL-13 environment deteriorates for Dems

National Journal released its first power rankings of the cycle, and here’s what they had to say about Illinois’ 13^th Congressional District:

“Operatives in both parties noted that if the environment continues to deteriorate for Democrats, Illinois’s 13th and New York’s 1st—GOP-held seats that were redrawn to significantly favor Democrats—could become more competitive.”
