Do VA Dems support WH’s midterm strategy?

Politico reports the White House has come up with a new midterm strategy:
Make Donald Trump the villain!
WH aides should ask Terry McAuliffe how that scheme worked for him.
Or better yet, do vulnerable VA Democrats, Elaine Luria, Abigail Spanberger and Jennifer Wexton think this is the silver bullet that will save their political careers?
