ROLL CALL: Cuellar ranked among most vulnerable Dems

There are two weeks until the TX-28 runoff and the bad news keeps rolling in for Henry Cuellar. 

According to Roll Call’s latest race rankings, Cuellar’s one of the most vulnerable Democrats in the country.
