Capitol Report: Joe Courtney’s seat is ripe for GOP pickup

Is Joe Courtney the most vulnerable Democrat in Connecticut? WTNH’s Capitol Report suggests he might be.
Radio host Lee Elci noted this weekend that Courtney – seeking his 9th term in office – “has been there for a long time” with a “unique ability to fly completely under the radar.”
And this cycle, he’s facing a strong GOP opponent in “the reddest part of the state.”
