KATIE PORTER: Parents, not Biden, to blame for baby formula shortage

Katie Porter told MSNBC today that parents buying a lot of baby formula, not the Biden Administration, is to blame for the continuing formula shortage. 

The Biden Administration has known about the shortage for months, but Porter claims “the White House has acted very, very quickly” to address the issue.
