New Mexico Dems want to terminate Title 42

If Title 42 were rescinded, the department of Homeland Security predicts “a mass migration event” of up to 18,000 people crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally every single day. 

But Democrats Gabe Vasquez and Darshan Patel support terminating the measure despite the heavy burden placed on border communities due to the Biden Administration’s lax border security policies.
