Project Spotlight: Lisa Scheller (PA-07)
The NRCC today launched the second edition of “Project Spotlight,” a new initiative highlighting top GOP recruits who represent the unique stories and diversity of the Republican Party in communities across the country.
America is the land of opportunity and second chances, and that’s Lisa Scheller’s story. Scheller overcame drug addiction to start Hope and Coffee, a place that provides those recovering from addiction with a sense of community and a chance to get their lives back on track. She also leads Silberline, a Pennsylvania manufacturing company that employs hundreds of Pennsylvanians.
Scheller is squaring off against Susan Wild in Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, which is one of the country’s most competitive House races.
