CBO: Inflation here to stay

The Washington Post reports “high inflation is expected to persist for the rest of the year, saddling Americans with higher costs as price hikes continue, the Congressional Budget Office said on Wednesday.”

Poll after poll shows “most Americans see inflation as the biggest issue facing the country — far exceeding other concerns.”  

And Joe Biden is currently 24.3 points underwater on the economy, according to the Real Clear Politics average.
