Gabe Vasquez’s history of anti-law enforcement comments

Gabe Vasquez is one of Democrats’ worst recruits of the cycle. 

As voters reject and recall anti-police Democrats across the country, new unearthed comments reported by Fox News show Vasquez calling the United States “AmeriKKKa,” and saying the Thin Blue Line often used to depict support of law enforcement is “propaganda” with “racism at its core value.”

Previously, the Washington Examiner reported on Vasquez calling for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to fund the Green New Deal. He also charged that Border Patrol has “no regard” for migrants’ “humanity” and said the United States needs to “deconstruct and rebuild law enforcement and the economy.”

The FBI reports New Mexico has the second-highest violent crime rate in the nation and 2021 was Albuquerque’s deadliest year on record.
