DCCC adds Dem-held seat to ‘Red to Blue’ program

The DCCC just added Chris Deluzio to their “Red to Blue” program.

This program highlights pivotal races for Democrats to maintain control of the House and typically lists seats where Democrats challenge GOP members or run in districts currently held by Republicans…

But that doesn’t apply to PA-17, which is currently held by Democrat Conor Lamb.
