DCCC adds three open OR seats to ‘Red to Blue’ program

The DCCC just added Val Hoyle, Jamie McLeod-Skinner, and Andrea Salinas to their “Red to Blue” program.

This program highlights pivotal races for Democrats to maintain control of the House and typically lists seats where Democrats challenge GOP Members or run in districts currently held by Republicans…

But that doesn’t apply to OR-04, OR-05, and OR-06, which are all open seats that Biden previously won by at least 9% or more.
